Person in charge said the reach in was over stocked, they were to be moved and had been sitting out for 10 minutes. COS-milk was moved to another reach in. KDA_4_60111A - --In the prep area, the reach in cooler had one lid on a container of lettuce that had sticker residue on it. Employee said, there would be more containers and lids with sticker residue. She did not know it had to be cleaned off.
