There is no visible rodent activity. PIC said the dumpster is picked up by the city once a week on Tuesdays. PIC sprays the area daily with fly spray. Also Visited with PIC to possibly have city come twice a week so that dumpster is never over flowing. PIC called the city and they will come on Fridays also, so that trash is picked up twice a week. KDA_3_30211A1a - --Located in the RIC, there was one pan of raw chicken sitting on the shelf directly above the shelf of RTE onions and green peppers. COS. Chicken was moved. KDA_4_60111C - --The vent hoods above the cooking stove have an accumulation of grease debris. The ceiling fans in the kitchen area have an accumulation of grease and lent debris. The light fixtures in the dining room have an accumulation of dead bugs. The bins used for storing dry rice and dry beans have an accumulation of sticky dried food debris on the exterior and lids. KDA_4_60211E4 - --The ice bin located in the serving area has visible black mold along the top edges. COS. PIC cleaned item. KDA_4_90311A - --Located in the basement area, there are 2 cases of single use trays and 1 case of napkins sitting directly on the floor. KDA_4_90311B - --Located at the beverage station, the drinking glasses are stacked clean and wet. KDA_6_50112A - --The floor area under the ice machine has an accumulation of black sticky debris. The floor edges along the wall in the basement storage area have an accumulation of dried dirt debris.
