KDA_5_501110 - --The lid on the outdoor trash receptacle is open, and there is trash inside the container. KDA_6_50111 - --There are holes in the walls behind the hot water heater and in the dry storage areas. There is standing water in the gap at the base of the wall to the left of the handsink in the kitchen. There is food debris and grease build up under and behind the fryer and grill areas in the kitchen. KDA_Defacto - --Dry wiping cloths are seen off to the side of the food prep table, but they have very little food residue visible. --Owner reports that Ecolab has been retained to treat the facility for pests. Pest control stations are now visible in the establishment. The first treatment was done on August 27th, and another treatment is scheduled for two weeks after that, with treatment ongoing until a maintenance phase is reached. --Salsa in serving bottles, setting on counter in server station, are marked as being removed from temperature control at 2:15 pm - using TPHC on these. --There are plastic measuring scoops hanging by the microwave oven near the dry spice shelf in the kitchen. Dry spice residue is visible on the surfaces of the scoops.
