- KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located at the cold well at the front counter, there was a shallow pan of sliced tomatoes at 47F. The person in charge (PIC) stated that they had been put out at 11:00 this morning. COS- put ice in cold well and then put pan of tomatoes back in. A deeper pan would be better to use as the cold well is cooler towards the bottom.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the dish rack above the three vat sink, there was one plastic food container stored as clean that was soiled with sticker residue and one metal food container stored as clean that was soiled with food debris. Corrected on site (COS)- rewashed.
- KDA_4_60111C - --The vent covers of the WIC are dusty. There is grease on the sides of the grill. There is food debris on the seal of the front counter reach in freezer. There is food debris in the tracks of the front counter RIC2.
- KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold in the ice chute and behind the soda nozzles on the customer self serve soda fountain.
- KDA_6_50112A - --There is an accumulation of grease and food debris on the floor under the grill.
- KDA_7_20111A - --Located on a shelf under the front counter, there was a container of glass cleaner stored next to several boxes of gloves which the PIC stated were for food handling. COS- moved glass cleaner.
