KDA_3_30212 - --There was a five gallon container of vegetable oil being stored on the bakers table with no common name on the container. COS Item was labeled.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a plastic fruit dicer blade stored as clean with pieces of plastic missing from the blade located in the dry storage room. COS item was discarded. There was a metal bakers whip used for a mixer stored as clean on a rack in the bakery area that hand broken prongs protruding from the whip. COS Item was discarded.
KDA_5_20411A - --There is only one hand sink located in the kitchen area. It is next to the three vat sink in the back of the kitchen area by the restroom.. There are three large prep stations and each station has a sink for doing food prep. There is a large conveyor type dish washer with no hand sink located to be able to wash hands in between task. There is a lot of prep work being done in the front serving area were they serve the students and fill the cold boxes for other schools. Employees would have to go all the way back to the back kitchen area to be able to wash their hands in between task. There needs to be a hand washing sink in the dish room area and in the baking area of the kitchen.
KDA_5_40211 - --There was a employee draining diced pears in a strainer that was being stored below the flood rim of the sink located in the front serving area of the kitchen. There is no in-direct plumbing going to that sink. PIC said they use that sink all the time to drain canned fruit.

KDA_7_20111B - --There was a sanitizer bucket with QT and a towel being stored on top of a metal dry ingredients bin located in the back kitchen area. COS Chemical was moved.
