KDA_3_30211A1b - --There were eighteen pans of par cooked(still raw bacon) being stored on a shelf directly above several packages of RTE cream cheese, soaps, and quiche located in the WIC. COS Raw bacon was moved to the bottom shelf.
KDA_3_30412E - --There are two ice scoops being stored on top of the ice machine located next to the restrooms.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --There was a pan of par cooked(still raw bacon)being stored on top of the steam table with a internal temperature of 97.7F. PIC said it was pulled from the WIC about thirty minutes ago. COS Raw bacon was placed back in the WIC. There was a bowls of cooked hash browns being stored on the rim of the grill that had a internal temperature of 73.7F. PIC said they were pulled from the WIC about forty five minutes ago. COS Hash browns were placed in a bowl of ice.
