COS: powders identified and bottles labeled. KDA_3_30412A - --Single-use cups were used as scoops in bins of cereal under the microwaves in the lobby. COS: cups removed, alternate method of dispensing will be used going forward. KDA_3_30511A1 - --A bucket of banana chips was stored on the floor behind the front counter next to the water heater. COS: bucket moved to shelf. KDA_3_50116A1 - --Sausage on hot plate was at 119.8F. COS: discarded. Hash browns in hot box were at 118.1F. COS: Hash browns were held at 137.9F approximately thirty minutes earlier. Employee chose to cool hash browns for later reheating. KDA_3_50116A2 - --Real butter on serving counter was at 75.9F. COS: Person in charge (PIC): discarded butter and will use an ice bath with butter being served going forward. In service display case, cut melons were at 49.8F. COS: melons moved to cooler part of display case. When rechecked approximately thirty minutes later, melons were at 40.3F.
