KDA_3_50116A2 - --Two containers containing cut cabbage were stored on the prep table at room temperature. One temped at 66.5 and the other at 55.8. PIC said that they were cut this morning before lunch and placed out during lunch. PIC COS by moving containers into the WIC. Noodles in the WIC temped at 46.1. PIC said that the noodles were out during the lunch rush and then placed back in WIC. COS, noodles were cooling. General Chicken in the WIC temped at 45.1. PIC said that items were placed out during the lunch rush and then placed back in WIC. COS, items were placed in WIC to cool.
