  • KDA_Defacto - --There are approximately 25 various sauces on the counter next to the kitchen that are for self service use. There was no mold visible on or around the lids and pouring spouts. PIC stated the process was to leave out at room temperature for 40 days before voluntarily discarding. There is a "refrigerate after opening" notice on some of the products which is printed for quality measure. Discussed cleaning regimens for the sauces when not in use.
