KDA_3_50116A2 - --The waffle mix (made by mixing powder with water) in the dispensing unit on the serving line measured at 80F. PIC stated the mix was prepared 2 hours prior. COS- PIC drafted a written procedure for TPHC and the product will be voluntarily discarded within 4 hours. There was a container of shredded cheese on the serving line that measured at 73F. PIC stated the cheese had been out of refrigeration for approximately 2 hours. COS- PIC drafted a written procedure for TPHC and the product will be voluntarily discarded within 4 hours.
KDA_7_10211 - --There was a working spray bottle of an orange liquid in the storage area without a common name listed on the label. PIC identified the product as Orange Force all purpose cleaner. COS- PIC correctly labeled.
KDA_7_20111B - --There was a working spray bottle of orange force cleaner and a working spray bottle of glass cleaner on a storage rack in the kitchen directly above bottled soft drinks. COS- PIC moved the chemicals to a different area.
