Located in the dish area, there was one personal drinking cups sitting on the shelf above the clean dishes. COS. Cup was moved. Educated staff. Showed PIC a sample of a cup holder that can be hung on the wall for personal drinks.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --Located in the make table, there was one open gallon of milk with no open date. PIC said it was opened on October 26. COS. Milk was dated. Educated staff.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the shelving for clean dishes there was one china bowl out of approximately 200 china dishes that had chips on the rim. COS. Bowl was placed in trash can.
KDA_4_50111A - --The chest freezer lid is being held together with duct tape and there is an accumulation of dirt debris around the tape.
KDA_4_50111B - --The make table in the cooking area has 2 doors that have broken and non-working gaskets.
KDA_4_50112 - --The cutting boards on the make tables have an accumulation of black debris in the cut indentions.
KDA_4_60111C - --The large white salsa container, located in the WIC, has an accumulation of dried food debris on the lid and exterior. The chest RIF has an accumulation of ice build up and also has dirt debris on the lid and exterior.
