- KDA_3_30511A1 - --A box of French fries was stored directly on floor in walk in freezer. Three grey containers used to store chips were sitting directly on floor next to small room in dishwashing area.
- KDA_3_50114A1 - --A plastic container of shredded chicken placed in walk in cooler 2 hours ago according to cook had a temperature of 101F. (corrected on site-chicken spread out on metal pan and placed in walk in freezer for quick cooling)
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --A container of cheese enchiladas stored in make table had a temperature of 60. Person in charge said they were sitting on counter on ice for two hours and they just moved them to make table. (corrected on site-enchiladas moved to walk in freezer for quick cooling) The entire surface of container must be covered with ice.
- KDA_4_60111A - --11 spoons and spatulas stored clean above prep table in kitchen had visible dried food debris. (corrected on site-all utensils taken to dishwasher for properly cleaning)
