Person in charge (PIC) said they had been sliced on Saturday (12/5). Corrected on site (COS): labeled. KDA_4_60111A - --The cutting surface of the can opener was soiled with a buildup of dirt and food debris. COS: can opener moved to warewashing area for additional cleaning. KDA_4_60111C - --Vent covers in the dishwashing area had dust buildup. KDA_4_60213 - --The door seals on the WIC door had a buildup of dirt and apparent mold. KDA_4_90311A - --An open case of single-use spoons was stored on the floor beneath the soft-serve dispenser. COS: spoons moved to a shelf. KDA_4_90311B - --Approximately fifteen metal pans stacked and stored as clean were wet. COS: moved to warewashing for additional cleaning. KDA_5_501113 - --The outside dumpster lids were open. KDA_5_50117 - --There is no covered trash receptacle in the women's restroom. KDA_6_30114 - --There is no handwashing signage in the men's bathroom. COS: inspector provided handwashing sticker. The person in charge said it had been cut last night.
