KDA_3_60311A - --The menus and menu board do not have the food items identified that are undercooked in the FE. Items include eggs. The menu board and each menu has a disclaimer that says: "Consuming raw or undercooked meats or eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions" COS. A sign was made and posted.
