KDA_3_50118A3 - --In the walk in cooler, made on site atomic salsa made on 1 November was dated with ten days instead of the seven days allowed. KDA_4_20211A2 - --One plastic food container lid was cracked (pulled). This can prevent proper cleaning and pieces of plastic can end up in foods. KDA_4_30111 - --The prep table that held cheese, cooked onions, diced tomatoes, cut lettuce, and cooked peppers was not holding the foods at 41 degrees or below. KDA_4_50111B - --Two make table door gaskets are in disrepair and torn, one is repaired with duct tape. KDA_4_60111A - --Numerous plastic food containers stored as clean near the dishwasher have the remains of stickers on the outside of the containers (instructed manager to have dishwasher pull them for cleaning). Also, a single use plastic food being reused to store sugar had stickers on the outside of the container (removed to clean). KDA_4_60111C - --Two make table door gaskets have mold on the gaskets. A vent hood above the steamer has a dust buildup. KDA_6_50112A - --Grease is built up on piping and the floor by the fryer, Grease is built up on a surface next to the north chip warmer.
