When asked about this the owner explained the food items were for personal use. --Note: Each item the owner was asked when it was opened or made she responded that it was made yesterday or this morning. When asked about yesterday she gave a time that was less than 24 hours earlier. This included cooked items and items removed from the freezer with a date. --On back room preparation table, cooked pork cooling 141.7 25 minutes after removal from oven. --Owner showed card of Pink Pest control of Cheney Kansas as the pest control operator the facility uses for pest control. --Owner showed invoice for Evergreen in Texas for where her food is supplied. --PHO 181.1, --precooked sweet and sour chicken 172.5 at fryer --rice 156.2, fried rice 147.4,noodle 178.4, Kung Pao chicken 182.0, egg drop soup 178.0, --true refrigerator, cooked chicken 39.2, cut cabbage 39.9, raw beef 42.3, sweet and sour chicken 41.4, sweet and sour pork 42.3, make table meat ball 42.1, Lo-mien 40.6, walk in cooler, sweet and sour chicken 41.2, cabbage 41.3, eggs 43.6, cooked chicken 33.7, frozen foods ok --Wet wiping cloths stored in bucket between front counter and ice machine 0ppm sanitizer. COS-Owner changed water to include 200ppm Chlorine sanitizer.
