KDA_3_30111B - --Cook placed cooked, RTE quesadilla on tray using bare hands. COS by VD. Educated employee on the need to use gloves to prevent bare hand contact with RTE foods.
KDA_3_30212 - --Clear Plastic Spray Bottle in the kitchen area with a clear liquid was not labeled with common name. PIC said that it was water and COS by labeling.
KDA_3_30412C - --Ice scoop was stored directly on top of the ice machine. PIC COS by moving ice scoop to be washed and sanitized and placed a sanitized containers on top of the ice machine for scoop storage.
