  • KDA_6_50112A - --There was dirt, grease and old food debris build up under the wok area in the kitchen.
  • KDA_6_50119 - --The women's public restroom door was left open during inspection. There was no maintenance or cleaning taking place.
  • KDA_Defacto - --Chlorine measured at 50ppm in dishmachine, test strips were provided. --raw shrimp 40 (make table) liquid egg mixture 40 (reach in cooler) egg rolls 42 (refrigerator on line) raw shell egg 41 (reach in cooler) cabbage 41 (reach in cooler 2) bean sprouts 42 (refrigerator) raw beef 39 (reach in cooler) --rice 196 (rice cooker) --There is a pest control company contracted, no paperwork was provided. No activity. --There were several RTE items in the refrigerators and make table without any date marking. PIC stated all items were made this morning 12.10.15. COS- PIC correctly date marked.
