PIC indicated that it was the owner's personal food and that he had bought it at a store in Wichita. COS- removed from sales floor. Located in a chest freezer on the south wall, there was a package of Gio Lua (a pork product)and 4 packages of Nem Chua (a type of pork sausage) that did not have the net contents labeled on it and did not have the common name of the item in English. (COS)- pulled from sales floor. Educated PIC that they can weigh the item and make a label for the net weight and name.
- KDA_3_20111F - --Located in the Frigidaire reach in freezer (RIF) there were packages of beef, the Kenmore RIF there were packages of pork, the Woods RIF there were packages of beef liver and heart. These items are being repackaged by the establishment. These food items were not labeled with safe handling instructions.
