All items date marked. REPEAT. KDA_4_60111A - --Ladle and knife (both with dried food debris) stored as clean. 2 pairs of tongs stored as clean with visible. COS. Items taken to 3 vat to be washed. REPEAT. KDA_4_60213 - --There is a buildup of food residue on walls of True RIC in kitchen and on shelves of the Magic Chef RIC. KDA_6_50112A - --Food debris buildup on walls in make table area, and on floors and sides of make table and at grill/fryer area. Soda gun holders have a buildup of syrup residue. REPEAT. KDA_7_10211 - --In kitchen, there is an unlabeled working container filled with purple liquid. Manager identified this is as degreaser. COS. Manager labeled container. KDA_7_20111A - --At front bar area, cans of disinfectant spray and stainless steel cleaner are being stored directly next to Triple Sec and Melon liqueur. COS. All chemicals moved to alternate shelving. KDA_7_20111B - --In kitchen ware washing area, sanitizer being stored directly on top of a cutting board and over clean wares. On shelving near make table, canned Sterno being stored over paper basket liners. COS. Manager moved items. KDA_7_20811B - --At bar area, a bottle of Acetaminophen was being stored on same shelf directly next to customer glasses. COS. Acetaminophen moved to back shelving.
