Observation:The facility did not have all employees sign the sick policy. I provided a sick policy and they stated they would have the food employees sign the sick policy
Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings Observation: The intake vents were not clean to sight.
Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events Observation: The facility did not have a diarrhea vomit clean up plan. I provided them with a noro clean up procedure.
Outer openings are protected Observation: The back doors were not sealed.
Cutting surfaces maintained Observation: Cutting boards were damaged and shall be replaced.
Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service Observation: The chemical spray bottles were being stored food utensils. The units were moved to a safe spot.
Protecting food from environmental contamination Observation: Ice was not being protected in the bar areas.
Handwashing signage Observation: The hand sinks did not have hand wash signs placed by them. I provided hand wash signs and the PICs stated they would placed them by the sinks.
Hand drying provided Observation: The hand sinks did not have hand towels by them.
Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration Observation: The facility does not have test strips for quat sanitizer.
