Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning Observation: No quat sanitizer present in the establishment. Manager contacted chemical supplier who stated that they received an order to deliver sanitizer solution, but never did. Supplier (Eco-lab) stated that they will bring the product this afternoon. Chlorine is available to sanitize in the mean time.
Posting inspection reports Observation: Valid Food License not posted. Manager hung on wall in the breakfast area.
Cooked PHF/TCS food cooled from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours and from 135°F to 41°F or below in 6 hours Observation: Cooked scrambled eggs(85F) held in the kitchen refrigerator was not cooled as required per the food code. Breakfast closes at 9:00 am. Manager discarded the eggs. Establishment does not plan to serve eggs going forward. These were left over from a special request.
