Freezer holding meat without mark of inspection was stored in the establishment for local non-profit. Meat/freezer has nothing to do with tortilla manufacturing and must be removed from the establishment.

Label includes extra ingredients no longer used in the product.
- Floors, walls and ceilings
Walls need paint - below window and around door. Floors must be maintained as they are now and replaced when they become worn. Vents and area by chip fryer are grease laden and shall be cleaned so that there is no buildup.
- Waste disposal
Grease trap is omitting and odor.
- Installation and maintenance of equipment (S)
Establishment is using a release agent without documentation that it is food grade. Spray bottles used to apply agent are not food grade.
