Observation: The pepsi cooler was 51 degrees F. Milk was 47 degrees F. House made salsa and dressing were 44 degrees F. Corrected by moving to another cooler. A repair person has been contacted and will visit Wednesday.

Observation: House made salsa, flan, rice and milk dessert, prepared ground beef and tamales were not date marked.

Observation: Raw fish was stored on the top shelf of the walk in cooler above lettuce and tamales. Corrected by moving to bottom shelf.

Observation: There was water leaking from the ceiling above the prep line in the kitchen. Repairs have been scheduled.

Observation: Boxes of food were stored on the floor of the freezer. Corrected by moving to shelving.

Observation: Ground pork was thawing in standing water. Corrected by placing in running water.

Observation: A pipe underneath the two compartment sink was leaking.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: Wall underneath the dishwasher is in need of repair. The plastic baseboard behind the kitchen line is separated from the wall.

Observation: Eggs are not included in the disclosure portion of the consumer advisory. Corrected by discussion with owner who agrees to print new disclosure prior to opening.
- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation: There was no small diameter thermometer available. Discussed the need for one prior to opening with owner.
- Food on display is protected from contamination by consumers
Observation: No sneeze guard is set up for the self serve buffet. Correct by date provided or do not use buffet until sneeze guard is ready.

Observation:Lights above ice machine are not shielded.
