    Observation: The small black refrigerator, the large black refrigerator, and the overflow refrigerator do no have thermometers.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: The "overflow" room trim is not finished yet---Prior to using the pizza oven room it must have a cleanable floor and meet other requirments set by the City of Clear Lake.

  • A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
    Observation: There is no small diameter probe thermometer for checking meat patties or similar thin foods.

    Observation: The hot water at the mop sink is turned off due to a leak.
