- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Inadequate date marking of wraps, pasta salad, beet/bean salad, tuna salad, charra masala, and roasted root vegetables. dates were corrected as other smaller containers had been packaged from larger containers.
