    Observation:No astride on items to be under cooked. Inspector provided the pic with the proper information to correct. Corrected on site

    Observation:Plastic utensils stored with the handles down. Corrected at inspection

    Observation:PIC not able to remember the reporting symptoms or food borne illness. Inspector left the form 1B as a reference guide to correct. Corrected on site. Inspector will re-check at the next regular inspecting
