    Observation: All non food contact surfaces must be cleaned before use.

  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: 3 door prep cooler (Bev Air ) did not reach minimum temp of 41*F. Lowest temp reached was 43*F.
  • Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
    Observation: Support beam under the hand sink is bare wood.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized before use.

    Observation: Walk in cooler door gaskets are torn including the main door. Cooler doors are too old to find replacements at this time. Humitech has been contracted to fit gaskets for the unit. Humitech is scheduled 5/15 at the facility. When facility has invoice/receipt it must be sent to the Health Dept. for verification.

    Observation: All walk in cooler gaskets are torn including the Main door
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: The underside of the pop machine dispensers are soiled.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation: 3 hole sink faucet has a leak.
  • Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
    Observation: Area around the outside of the walk in cooler condenser, and the Everfresh Juice cooler both have dust buildup.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Cove base missing in following areas: behind ice cooler in retail, corner by back room entrance, and under 3 hole sink.
  • Drying mops
    Observation: Mop was observed bunched up in the mop sink. Must provide adequate space for air drying.
