    Observation:There is no handwashing sink with hot and cold running water and drainline that is accessible to the front counter, where grill prep, ice cream prep, and wait station are located. Repeat violation.
  • Foods are cooled using appropriate methods
    Observation:Observed mashed potatoes and gravy prepared yesterday were in deep, tightly covered plastic containers - condensation was on the inner surfaces of the containers, indicating foods were not completely cooled.

    Observation:There is still no mop sink/service sink in establishment. Repeat violation
