Observation:Observed meat reheating in warming unit - meat had been removed from smoker, then sliced, then placed in warming unit without reheating. Meat transferred back to smoker to reheat, corrected on site.

Observation:Observed raw shell eggs stored on top of other foods - removed, corrected on site.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation:Observed tomatoes, cheese, spinach and yogurt stored at room temperature in containers of ice - the ice is not in contact with the containers of food and does not fully surround the containers. Foods were discarded and more ice was added, new food added. Corrected on site.
