Chip baskets are being stacked with liners in between. Bottom of baskets are not clean and are touching papers - do not stack baskets with liners. Baskets were ran through dish machine at time of inspection. Dirty papers were thrown away.

Bucket of salsa sitting at room temperature. Small amounts must be brought out at a time and used before new can be brought out.

Ice bin does not have a cover to protect drink ice from contamination.
