Observation:Observed there was no barrier at the kitchen handwashing sink to keep food in the pizza prep cooler protected from contamination from splashing water.

Observation:Bar sink only had 1 sanitizer tablet and kitchen sink had 2 sanitizer tablets - the sanitizer was not detectable in either sink. Owner added more tablets, corrected on site.

Observed water leaking from around faucet handle at kitchen handwashing sink. The faucet at the bar three-compartment sink does not reach all sinks - a short hose is connected to the faucet. There is no mop sink or service/utility sink in the establishment.
