Observation: The small walk-in cooler (retail dairy) is about 49 F. Corrected during this inspection. Service had already been called and the cooler was cooling back down. Most perishable food had already been pulled, an additional couple of dairy products were pulled during this inspection.

Observation: The area around the fountain pop boxes in the kitchen area and the floor under the cooler, freezer and ice machine in the storage room are littered/soiled (Pilot).

Observation: The meat balls were not on track to reach 135 F within two hours (Subway)---The violation was corrected on-site by addtitionally heating the meatballs in the microwave and checking the temperature.

Observation:The quaternary sanitizer level in the third dish washing sink was weak (Subway)---The violation was corrected on-site by refilling the sink. After filling the sanitizer was still on the very bottom of the acceptable range (150 ppm).
