    Observation: No thin diameter thermometer available. Provide thin foods sensitive thermometer.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
    Observation: Facility will need to have one staff person certified in food safety by 8/26/16.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: Staff could not provide test kit for sanitizer.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: No signage posted by sink in bathroom. All designated hand washing sinks must have sign posted on proper hand washing.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: Floor in kitchen not cleanable. Electrical, ceiling and plumbing partially finsished. Staff states in the middle of remodel. Contact health department to approve plans for new fixtures.
