Observation:The salad bar refrigerator was not maintaining food temperatures at 41 degrees or less.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Cold hold food items stored in the salad bar refrigerator were above 41 degrees (i.e. eggs 46, sliced fruit 44). All food items out of acceptable temperature range were discarded during the inspection.
