Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible Observation: Didn't have thermometer in prep cooler. Must provide a thermometer to monitor temperature.
Utensils and pressure measuring devices maintained Observation: Couple plastic containers were cracked in prep cooler. Replace as need. All utensils must be maintained in good condition.
