Gap under exterior door in the basement. Owner states they repaired the door after the last inspection but it was damaged within in the last month by one of the distributors.

Observed grease dripping from the ventilation unit on the outside of the facility with a large amount of grease accumulated on the unit itself, on the ground, and some on the building walls.

Observed the flooring in the kitchen in the 3 compartment sink area appears to be dirty, but looks as though it appears dirty due to the sealant wearing off of the floor creating a surface that is difficult to clean. Employee medicine stored on top of refrigeration equipment and employee personal items stored with food items in dry goods storage area.
