Observation:Paper towel dispenser was empty on hand sink in back kitchen. Refill as needed.

Observation: Faucet on single wash sink leaks. Must repair or replace to maintain in good condition. Get serviced by licensed plumber.

Observation: Found cloth towel under clean utensils used only for dry at front. Towels are not considered smooth and non-absorbent. If wish to use a towel, place bar matting on top of the towel and will provide an air gap.
- Storage of clean equipment and utensils
Observation: A box of single service cups were stored on the floor in kitchen. All single service item must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purposes. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Almond milk was not date marked in prep cooler. Must date mark potentially hazardous food if not used within 24 hours after opened or preparation. Have 7 days from day marked to use or discard.
- Common name-working containers
Observation: Several chemical spray bottles were not labeled in chemical storage areas in kitchen. Must label all working bottle with common name for easy identification.
- Sanitizers
Observation: 1) Unable to detect chlorine in sanitizer spray bottle. 2) Pre-made sanitizer was tested too storage. Chlorine sanitizer concentration must be between 50-100ppm. New sanitizer was made during inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
