Food in the waitress cooler is starting to rise above 41. Cooler is at 47-50 degrees. Food has been moved to another cooler until the unit can be serviced today.

The sink that has been designated for hands is used for several things. A seperate hand sink was to be installed by March 1, 2013. The sink must be installed ASAP, no later than October 30, 2013. Second notice.
