Sanitizers Observation: One bleach water bucket did not register any bleach water. The PIC placed more bleach into the bucket and it registered 50 ppm prior to me leaving.

PHF/TCS foods receiving temperatures Observation: The tomato and veggie mix was received at temperatures above 48-50 degrees F.

Observation: The facility could not remember the 5 food borne illnesses and the 5 symptoms of food borne illness.
