Observation: Ventilation filters soiled and interior of hood.

Observation: No baseboards in kitchen. Hand sink, dish machine, 3-compartment sink, and sink next to hand sink caulking is detached from wall. Broken tiles by kitchen exterior door and under fryer. Missing tiles around 2 standing reach-in freezers. Large hole in wall behind 2 standing reach-in freezers had insulation exposed.

Observation: Wall next to oven soiled. Residue collecting under dish machine. Floor soiled under fryers. Dish machine metal drain board attached to wall with caulking had black residue build-up.
