Observation: Vents are dusty. Must clean off dust buildup on vents in walk-in cooler.

Observation: Duct tape used for repair food cardboard boxes in Frigidaire reach-in cooler. Food must be removed to food grade container if the original food box broken. Duck tape it not smooth and cleanable material, and it is not allowed use in food facility. Corrected at time of inspection

Observation: Several rubber spatulas are cracked. Must replace new one. All utensils must be maintained in good condition to prevent contamination. Corrected at time of inspection.
