Observation:There were food items that exceeded the 7 day limit, for example, there was bushmeal dated 12-10-14 still in the make table cooler.

Observation: Establishment did not have a thin tipped thermometer.

Observation: Employee handled a toasted sandwich and ingredients with bare hands. - Discussed the dangers of bare hand contact for ready to eat foods at time of inspection.

Observation: Datemarking was not consistent throughout kitchen.

Observation: There was raw salmon and raw sausage placed on the top shelf of the standing cooler above and besides RTE foods. - Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: There were bottles of sanitizer tablet stored in a cabinet above a food prep area. PIC agreed to move the bottles of sanitizer tablets once the lunch rush slowed down.
- Where to wash
Observation: Employee rinsed off hands at the three compartment sink. Discussed the importance of washing hands only at the hand sink at time of inspection.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation: The front exterior of the building was not insect/rodent tight.
