    Observation: A written policy for clean up of vomiting and diarrhea could not be provided.
  • Tableware that is not pre-wrapped is presented so that only handles are touched
    Observation: Spoons by cash register/coffee area observed handle down. Corrected on site by staff washing spoons and placing them back handle up.
  • Storage of clean equipment and utensils
    Observation:Equipment and pans observed stacked before air dried. Equipment and utensils must be allowed to air dry after sanitizing. Corrected on site by rewash of pans that were still wet and stacked. Conversation with staff about importance of air dry step.
  • A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
    Observation: A thermometer could not be provided by staff. A small diameter probe, tip sensitive model must be provided for staff.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No test kit could be provided for testing sanitizer in dishwash area.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Garbage can located infront of handsink in cook line prep area. Corrected on site by moving garbage can to make handsink more readily available for use.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: No soap available at dishwash area handsink. Corrected on site by restock of soap.

    Observation: The most current inspection report not posted. Corrected on site by providing person in charge with this inspection report and asking for it to be posted for consumers.

    Observation:Smoked salmon spread dated 01/31/14 labeled chicken.Product was corrected.

    Observation: Range, oven top, outsides of equipment, and heat lamp require a more thorough cleaning.

    Observation: Sausage and Canadian bacon on prep refrigerator cutting board measures 56 and 54 degrees respectively.Maintain all TCS foods at 41 degrees or less.
