Observation:An approved sanitizer (i.e. bleach, etc.)was not present at the dishwashing sinks during the inspection. Dishwashing sinks must be operated with detergent and hot water in the first sink, rinse water in the second sink, and approved sanitizer at the correct concentration and temperature in the third sink.
