Observation: Cold hold island cooler by coffee machines holding angus burger at 57 degrees, BBQ rib sandwich 55 degrees, Breakfast sandwich with sausage 55 degrees. Thermometers in unit registering 45-50. Corrected on site by discard.

- Food is properly labeled
Observation: Hercules, Get Reddi, and generic ice bags filled on site must be properly labeled. Some bags missing label with name and place of business of packer.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: No hand wash signs at sink in bathroom and warewash area.
