    Observation: Shellstock tags for the fresh mussels and clams downstairs in the walk in cooler are not kept with the batches until gone. Person in charge placed the shellstock tags with the fresh shellfish. Observed product at 44*F stored in refrigeration unit next to bar contain items such as butter and half & half. Person in charge removed items to be discarded on this day and will contact maintenance provider.
