Observation: Debris build up on the inside white plate of the downstairs ice machine and on the blade of the table mounted can opener blade. Cleaned and sanitized by person in charge.

Person in charge placed the shellstock tags with the fresh shellfish. Person in charge removed items to be discarded on this day and will contact maintenance provider.
