Observation:No hand washing only sign at the hand sink behind the bar area. Sign was covered by trays for the front of the bar hand wash sink.

Observation:Light in walk-in-cooler behind bar area not shielded.

Observation:Cans of Red Bull stored in direct contact with ice used for drinks.

Obsrved sanitizer concentration at or above 200ppm. A bleach concentration strength should be between 50 and 100ppm.

Observed employee apply lemon to drink with bare hands. Inspector discussed the no bare hand contact with the employee. Employee them made a drink and used gloves to apply lemon and other fruit to drink.
