    Observation: Need handwashing sign on all hand sinks.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: Finish ceiling construction at walk-in cooler area.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: A. Grout the following areas: 1) Flooring tiles on left inside of Dasani cooler cabinet at front. 2) Flooring tiles underneath hand sink near by order counter. 3) Tile cove base in facility. 4) Underneath food prep floor sink. B. Caulking all following areas: 1) Back of the hand sinks. 2) The top of mop sink 3) Drain lines at mop sink 4)Install corner strips at mop sink.
  • Plumbing system repaired according to law
    Observation: 1)Remove 2" to 1" reducer on 3 compartment sink. 2) Replace to two 90 degree drain line on food prep sink to reduce water pressure.

  • Outer openings are protected
    Observation: Install self-closure on back door.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: All equipment must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized before open.
