Observation: The cappuccino machine was not clean to sight. The PIC went over and cleaned the unit.

Observation: The facility does not have a written policy on how to clean up diarrhea and vomit. I provided them with a noro clean up document and the PIC stated she would copy it and place it into protocol.

Observation: Raid is not approved to use in the food service area. The product was discarded.

Observation: The person in charge did not remember the 5 food borne illnesses and the 5 food borne illness symptoms.

Observation: The hand sink did not have a hand wash sign posted by it. The hand sink had other items being stored in it.

The sandwiches made at Hy-Vee grocery store did not have an ingredient list on them.

The tops of the cappuccino machines were not clean to sight. A coomon towel was out of sanitizer after it was done being used. --The ice chutes were not clean to sight. Corrected at time of inspection

A freezer was being stored in front of the mopsink making it impossible to dump mop water in the mop floor sink.
